Great pub at Brown Palace. Had a greek salad with crab cake. Fish and chips was great too. Huge piece of cheesecake so had to take half of it home

My wife and I enjoyed a couple of local beers at the bar and decided to have a late lunch. Our bartender Caleb was excellent. He was attentive and made sure we were well hydrated. The prime rib sandwich was absolutely a great choice. The au jus and horseradish were the perfect complement along with the French fries. My wife's BLT was delicious but the bacon was a little undercooked and had more fat than we anticipated. I trimmed off the fat and enjoyed finishing it for her after giving her some of my Prime Rib.

Wonderful lunch. All 4 adults gave a thumbs up on their food. My burger was perfect and the rest all had different salads. Staff was energetic and nice to chat with. Highly recommend.

Very neat place, small but inside the hotel. There are other areas in this hotel to eat as well as another bar. Great drinks and food prices are reasonable.

Ok so me and and the wife got into town. We got all settled in the hotel and went looking for some where to eat. We just happened to come across this place. It's in a cool hotel. Our server Anthony was awesome really cool guy. The food was so good my wagyu burger was so juicy! Have a good beer and a full bar. Anthony was so nice brought me a cupcake for my birthday! We will definitely be back. The place is so cool inside as well! Cheers

Food was great, had a club sandwich with fries and a beer. Had some drinks here on Friday while they had live music, was such a fun time! Bartender was quick, friendly, and helpful. Would recommend for a quick bite to eat or for drinks!

I called to book a reservation for a large group for a book club. I talked to a gentleman who was very nice and help me book the date I requested however, when I checked the email confirmation, the date was two months off. I then called again, and spoke with a woman who is very kind and helpful and passed along my message to a manager. This manager is where the problem lies. I believe his name is Kent. He expressed no sympathy for the situation, and in fact went as far as suggesting that it was my fault the date was miscommunicated. He then provided no possible reconciliation to get us in on the requested date even though this was the only date that worked for our group. When I told him that the date was the only one that worked, and that I had already been told we had an email confirmation on that date, he basically provided no options. When I said I guess we need to fully cancel the reservation he then he seemed perfectly happy not offering any reconciliation or even owning up to the restaurants mistake. As a former customer service manager I found this interaction quite reproachable and hope this individual does better in the future. Not the service I would at all expect from a "manager". When I called back to relay this interaction, the woman on the phone was again incredibly helpful, kind, and understanding. She made me feel heard and sympathetic, the interaction I would have expected to have with her manager. My advice- these two individuals should switch roles. Updating, as Jonathan in reservations called and righted the situation. Jonathan was very helpful and we were able to reconcile our original reservation.

This past week was my third visit to this Denver institution. The service and food is still five stars. I ordered up their delicious fried cod fish with Cole Slaw and a side salad. The cod is fresh and crunchy. The salad is a mixed green. I had a cocktail screwdriver to wash my meal down. The service is old- school excellent. This place is filled with a lot of history, and the nautical theme is cool in landlocked Denver! I am a huge fan of this place!
